Hydrogen water is simply water that has been infused with extra hydrogen molecules, turning ordinary H2O into a health-boosting drink.

I didnβt expect to notice anything right away, and honestly I almost didnβt order because Iβve tried so many βwellnessβ things at this point.
Iβm 62, and the biggest thing for me has been how stiff I feel in the mornings. I am 70 and I had a fall a few years ago. I have steadily worked to get my pain levels and mobility back. I was doing well by applying camphor and other pain creams to my knees and ankles 2x a day.
