To start your return, email our support team at info@hydrohbottle.com with your order number. If you choose to send the item back, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, once your order leaves our facility, we can no longer update the address.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:
-Please double check your delivery location and ask nearby neighbors.

If your order is lost in transit:

-Replacements take the same time to arrive as a normal order (6–10 business days).

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Hydroh Bottle will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Hydroh Bottle will replace your current product with a brand new one at no extra charge.
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Hydroh Bottle is 2 or 3 years from the date of purchase (depending on which warranty you purchased. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
